We are now looking for you to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Vimmerby. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The employment extends over the summer months and the position is approximately 30-40 hours per week.

Vimmerby serves as the home store for employees working as a resource pool. Therefore, a driver's license and access to a car are required for this position, as you may need to step in as a pool employee during the summer. The stores included in the cluster are Kisa, Gamleby, Västervik, Hultsfred, Eksjö, and Österbymo.

In your role as a salesperson with us

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, handle inventory, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet the customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, from as early as 06:00 to as late as 22:00 in June, July, and August.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset to learn new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.

It is advantageous if you have experience working in a service profession and/or with food and beverages.
